‌It all started with an idea during the 2020 COVID19 pandemic when the events world fell to pieces with absolutely no support. We saw the struggles that everyone had when dealing with ticketing agencies, and we thought..."why is it so difficult to look after event organisers and ticket buyers?!" and well that is where TicketEzy was brainstormed. It has been a long time coming with hours upon hours of researching and developing to bring us to where we are today. But we are here, and we are ready to make a difference in the event ticketing industry.

‌TicketEzy is 100% Kiwi owned and operated. All the work of a Kiwi company called UNITED Group Live Limited.

‌As our name states, in our opinion, we believe our platform is Ezy to use! 
‌
‌Other than being probably the easiest ticketing platform available in New Zealand, we are also free for organisers and promoters to use. That's right we are free to use! No inside charges, no percentage cuts of YOUR money, no contracts. 100% transparency with our clients and customers and that's how it should be!

‌We will support you all the way, from on-boarding you on to the platform through to on the day support, to ensure your events are running as smooth as possible. We simply create an account for you, and from there "The world is your oyster". You have free reign to create all sorts of events on our platform. From free events, RSVP events, theatre shows with allocated seating through to full blown multi-day festivals. You have the ability to create all of this by yourself with no middle person. We are obviously here to help when you get stuck though.

‌You're probably wondering "wait so if I'm not paying a cent to use the platform...how does TicketEzy stay alive? how can they afford to run this if it's free for me to use?" Great Question! We charge the ticket buyer a competitive per ticket booking fee! it's that simple really.

‌At the end of the day we want to make our platform Ezy for anyone to use with no locked in contracts and no internal fees to the organisers or promoters. We appreciate any and all feedback that you have that could help us make our platform better. All we ask is that you at least give our platform a try, and if it's not your cup of tea then no stress! we will appreciate the fact that you gave it a crack anyways and won't hold anything against you!
