All ticket prices are set out by the event organisers and are in NZD and include NZ GST. TicketEzy has no say in what ticket prices are set as.

TicketEzy charges a booking fee during the checkout process. This fee is set to a fair and reasonable price. IF refunds are being processed, the booking fee will be non-refundable.

TicketEzy charges a card processing fee during the checkout process. This fee is set by our payment processing company Stripe and is on charged to the ticket buyer. This fee is based on a percentage of the checkout total. IF refunds are being processed, the card processing fee will be non-refundable.
