Attendee Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of attendee tickets from UNITED Group Live Limited, trading as TicketEzy ("TicketEzy"). By purchasing a ticket from TicketEzy, you ("Attendee") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase
1.1 TicketEzy acts as a ticketing agent, facilitating the sale of tickets for various events, performances, or activities ("Events") organized by third-party event organizers ("Organizers"). TicketEzy does not operate or control the Events and is not responsible for their content, quality, or any changes to the Event schedule or program.

1.2 By purchasing a ticket, Attendee acknowledges and agrees that TicketEzy's role is limited to selling and delivering the ticket on behalf of the Organizer. Any claims, complaints, or disputes relating to an Event should be directed to the respective Organizer.

2. Ticket Availability and Pricing
2.1 Ticket availability and pricing for Events are determined by the respective Organizers. TicketEzy does not guarantee the availability of tickets or their pricing.

2.2 All ticket prices displayed on the TicketEzy platform are inclusive of applicable taxes, fees, and charges, unless otherwise specified.

2.3 TicketEzy reserves the right to modify the ticket prices or fees at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.

3. Purchase Process
3.1 Attendees may purchase tickets through the TicketEzy platform, which may include the TicketEzy website, mobile applications, or authorized third-party ticketing platforms.

3.2 To complete the purchase, Attendees may be required to provide personal information, including but not limited to their name, contact details, and payment information. Attendees warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 The purchase of a ticket is considered a binding contract between the Attendee and the Organizer. Attendees agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Organizer or the Event venue.

4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase, using the payment methods accepted by TicketEzy.

4.2 TicketEzy may charge a service fee or processing fee in addition to the ticket price. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery of Tickets
5.1 Once the purchase is successfully completed, TicketEzy will issue electronic tickets to the Attendee. The tickets may be delivered via email, mobile application, or through other digital means.

5.2 Attendees are responsible for ensuring the accurate delivery and safekeeping of their tickets. TicketEzy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.

6. Refunds and Exchanges
6.1 All ticket sales are final, and TicketEzy generally does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. However, refund or exchange policies may vary depending on the Organizer's terms and the specific circumstances of the Event. Attendees should refer to the Event-specific terms and conditions for refund and exchange policies.

7. Event Changes or Cancellations
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, program, venue, or any other aspect of the Event. In the event of any changes, TicketEzy will use reasonable efforts to notify Attendees through the contact information provided at the time of purchase. However, TicketEzy shall not be held liable for any failure to notify Attendees or for any resulting inconvenience or losses.

7.2 In case of Event cancellations, TicketEzy will facilitate refunds according to the Organizer's refund policy. TicketEzy will not be responsible for any

other costs incurred by Attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

8. Attendee Responsibilities
8.1 Attendees agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while attending an Event. Attendees must follow the instructions of the Organizer, Event staff, and security personnel.

8.2 Attendees are responsible for their own safety and security during the Event. TicketEzy and the Organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered by Attendees, unless caused by the willful misconduct or negligence of TicketEzy or the Organizer.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All intellectual property rights associated with the Events, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, artwork, and content, belong to the respective Organizers. Attendees must not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any intellectual property associated with an Event without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TicketEzy is based.

10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where TicketEzy is based.

11. Severability
11.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By purchasing a ticket from TicketEzy, Attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
